Where did you meet?
We worked together at a Media Agency in Atlanta. After we both moved to new jobs, we remained friends. The grew from there.
How did he propose?
I had never been to Los Angeles, so Stephen decided to take me. We visited the Getty Museum and strolled through its beautiful gardens and taking in the 360 degree views of the city. When we sat down to lunch at the museum café, Stephen popped the question. Afterwards, Stephen surprised me with tickets to see a taping of The Soup filmed at E! Studios. It's my weekly tradition to watch the show each Saturday, and seeing the show live couldn't have been more perfect.
When is your wedding date?
October 20, 2012
Why did you pick the area you are getting married in?
We knew that we wanted to get married outside of Atlanta, and we wanted it to be a fun place that our relatives would enjoy visiting. Stephen attended college in Georgia Southern in Statesboro, GA, so he had spent a lot of time in Savannah. His fondness for the town combined with my Gone with the Wind and Old South obsessions made Savannah the perfect spot!
Where do you reside now?
Atlanta, GA (technically Smyrna, Ga)
We have enjoyed every minute of planning with you thus far and are so very excited about the big day. You guys are adorable and we just cannot wait to see you walk down that aisle! :)
